To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Galería Aurora Vigil-Escalera, José María Mellado is taking part in a retrospective exhibition featuring some of the leading figures in contemporary Spanish photography. Curated by Esther Maestre as part of the Encuentros Fotográficos de Gijón, the show will be on view from October 31 to November 30, honoring the careers and collaborations of the artists who have been part of the gallery’s history.
